ARTISTS

Antony Bennett is a painter, sculptor, writer, designer, art director/creative director, photographer, film editor, woodworker, and a somewhat average welder. His current work is about form and composition, but he also tries to combine conceptual themes into his pieces. Based in New Jersey, Antony was a double major in English and Studio Art before going on to lend his artistic soul to the advertising industry, creating work that has been seen across the globe. He currently lives with the woman of his dreams and a really poorly-behaved black lab named Salvatoré.

Anna Guarneri is an artist and curator based in Philadelphia.  In her recent work, she uses watercolor and stained glass to create bodily landscapes that explore personal and collective histories with childbirth.  Guarneri has exhibited at venues such as the Delaware Contemporary, Inliquid, Mesa Contemporary Art Museum, and the Center for Emerging Visual Artists.  She is the recipient of the Whitney scholarship from the American Glass Guild, the Canopy Program’s JBH scholarship, and a ChaNorth residency fellowship.  She is a new co-director of artist-run exhibition space FJORD. annaguarneri.com; @anna.guarneri

Clo Guigues Grounded in studies across France and the United States, Seattle-based artist Clo explores the fluid intersection of color harmony, kinetic energy, and classic iconography. Through contemporary reinterpretations of traditional masterworks, her practice examines the persistent, universal themes that define human experience across eras. @clotheartist

Sean K Irwin is a Philadelphia-based artist.  His works on paper depict energetic waypoints along cosmic and interior journeys, using rhythm and color to create an asynchronous beat.   He has exhibited widely throughout the Northeast.  Originally from Western New York, Sean received his BA from SUNY Plattsburgh and an MFA in Sculpture from Syracuse University.  He moved to Philadelphia in 2004 and is the owner/operator of Irwin Art Frames.  He lives with his wife Laura Ledbetter, their daughter Evi, and their cats. seankirwin.com @seankirwin75

Maria Lindenfeldar is a perceptual painter based in Philadelphia. Her practice is a meditative study of composition and light. She returns to familiar objects repeatedly, dissolving and reassembling form into vestigial traces of what she originally observed. She is creative director at Princeton University Press. marialindenfeldar.com  @marialindenfeldar

Sean O’Rourke is an architect in Philadelphia who has practiced and taught architecture for over 40 years. He co-authored Philadelphia Portraits of the City with photographer Jerome Lukowicz and has written and presented on architecture, planning, and urbanity across various venues. He is interested in how sketches can capture place and experience in wondrous ways.

Sean Ryan is Philadelphia-based painter who finally scratched his life-long itch in his 50s. His mother blessed him with the gift; he just wasn’t ready to receive it until now. His work pulls from rock posters, graffiti and music, all mixed into the same soup. He paints daily under the name Daub and lives in Bella Vista with his wife and three children.  @_daub_
